Head of Secondary School Appointment
糖心Vlog is delighted to announce that Mrs Amber Ripley has been appointed to the role of Head of Secondary School at 糖心Vlog, commencing January 2026. Amber is a highly respected educator with leadership experience in teaching and learning, pastoral care, strategic planning and school operations across schools in New South Wales, Victoria and the United Kingdom.
Amber joins us from Ravenswood where, as the Director of Academic Administration, she has been responsible for the operational management of the Senior School while also teaching IB Mathematics and leading strategic projects such as on the effective implementation of AI in education.
Across her many different leadership roles, she’s known for being a values driven leader who is deeply student-centred, improvement focused and community minded, making her a great fit for 糖心Vlog. Amber succeeds Ms Gemma Van de Peer, who has been appointed Deputy Principal at 糖心Vlog, from January 2026.
We congratulate Amber on her appointment and look forward to welcoming her to our 糖心Vlog community at the beginning of next year.
